1. Introduction
Welcome to AnarchyMonitor, a comprehensive directory for anarchy and semi-anarchy Minecraft servers. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of our services and the addition of Minecraft servers to our directory.

2. Eligibility for Server Submission
You may submit a Minecraft server to AnarchyMonitor only if it meets the following criteria:

Anarchy Servers: Servers with little to no rules or restrictions on gameplay. Players are allowed to engage in PvP, griefing, and other unrestricted activities.
Semi-Anarchy Servers: Servers that allow most forms of gameplay but may have some limited rules or restrictions, such as bans on cheating or hacking.

3. Prohibited Submissions
The following types of servers are not permitted:

Servers that enforce heavy moderation or strict gameplay rules.
Whitelisted servers with restrictive entry or limited access to general players.
Servers with excessive pay-to-win mechanics, where in-game success is highly dependent on purchasing items or perks.
Servers that engage in illegal activities or violate Mojang’s official terms of use for Minecraft servers.

4. User Levels
We distinguish between three levels of users on AnarchyMonitor, each with specific rights, responsibilities, and limitations.

4.1 User Level

Login & Data Collection: We use Discord OAuth2 for login. When you log in, we collect the necessary information provided by Discord, such as your username and profile picture. This data is stored securely to enhance your experience on the platform, but we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Discord account and ensuring their login credentials are not shared with others.
GDPR Compliance: Users have the right to request access to, modify, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting support. We operate under GDPR regulations, and servers are located within the EU to ensure compliance.
Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in any form of abusive behavior, harassment, or spamming on the platform. Violations may result in a suspension or permanent ban.

4.2 Server Owner Level

Server Data Submission: By submitting your server to AnarchyMonitor, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including server name, description, IP address, and player count.
Modification Rights: Server owners are allowed to edit their server listing to ensure the information remains accurate. However, intentionally falsifying data, such as player counts, will result in removal of the listing.
Data Retention: We retain data related to your server for the purpose of improving our services. This data may include server status and performance metrics, but it will never be shared or sold to third parties.
Prohibited Activities: Server owners must not list servers that violate our submission guidelines or engage in illegal activities.

4.3 AnarchyMonitor Administrator Level

Administrative Powers: Administrators are responsible for overseeing server listings and ensuring compliance with these Terms of Service. Admins may remove or modify server listings if they are found to be in violation.
Data Access: Administrators have access to server submission data and user information strictly for the purpose of managing the platform. Admins are not permitted to use this data for personal gain or share it with third parties.
Liability: AnarchyMonitor administrators are not liable for any damages or disputes arising from server interactions or player activities. Their role is to maintain the integrity of the platform.

5. Discord OAuth2 and Data Use
We use Discord OAuth2 for user authentication, which means your Discord username, profile picture, and ID are stored to provide a personalized experience. This data is used exclusively for internal purposes, such as improving user experience, and is not sold or shared with any third parties. You have full control over your data and may request its deletion at any time.

6. GDPR Compliance
As AnarchyMonitor’s servers are located within the EU, we adhere to GDPR regulations. Users have the right to access the personal data we hold about them, request corrections, or demand the deletion of their data at any time. To exercise these rights, users can contact us directly. We do not store more data than is necessary, and all data collected is used solely for the purpose of improving the services we offer.

7. Liability Disclaimer
AnarchyMonitor provides server listings for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or control the behavior or content of the servers listed. AnarchyMonitor is not liable for any issues that arise from your interaction with listed servers, including but not limited to data loss, in-game events, or inappropriate content on those servers.

8. Changes to Terms
AnarchyMonitor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

9. Termination of Service
AnarchyMonitor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the website or server listings if we believe the user is violating these Terms of Service or any applicable law.
